Martindale and Hubble awarded Matt Kappel an AV rating based upon the opinions of lawyers and judges in South Carolina. Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings which were created in 1887 are based on the opinions of other lawyers and judges who have worked with the lawyers they are evaluating. Responding to Martindale and Hubble’s inquiry, a former circuit court judge stated “I have known Matt Kappel for about 16 years. I saw him try many cases while I served as a judge and we have represented co-defendants in criminal matters since I returned to private practice. Matt is one of the most capable trial lawyers in this area.”
Only lawyers with the highest ethical standards and professional ability receive a AV Peer Review Rating.
